Monitor and maintain the flow of work and schedule daily/weekly activities of staff
Provide weekly, monthly or as required team updates to the Department Head. Includes safety
Manage staff performance and address personnel issues with Department Head
Coordinate resource allocation and project prioritization across groups/functions
Provide, lead, and execute solutions to problems
Provide expert technical support to analysts and SGS groups

🎯 Requirements

BSc or MSc/PhD with bioseparations experience
Experience with HPLC, UPLC, Mass Spectrometry, Electrophoresis
ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, Enzyme Activity assays, SPR, BLI; Sanger sequencing is a plus
5+ years in a role with increasing complexity
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical/data interpretation and problem-solving skills
