📋 Description

• Monitor and schedule daily/weekly activities of staff.
• Provide team updates to Department Head (safety, revenue, resources).
• Manage staff performance and issues with Dept Head aid.
• Coordinate resource allocation and cross-group work.
• Write/review protocols, methods, reports; lead investigations.
• Execute CAPA and evaluate client requests/WO plans.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/MSc/PhD with bioseparations experience.
• Experience with HPLC, UPLC, MassSpec, Electrophoresis.
• Elisa, qPCR, ddPCR, Enzyme Activity assays, SPR, BLI asset.
• 5+ years, able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced env.
• Understanding of cGMP/GLP; coordinate a group/workload.
• Data interpretation, safe/work instructions; communication skills.
