Group Leader III/IV Microbiology

📋 Description

• Lead environmental monitoring (EM) activities, including sampling of compressed gases, water
• Conduct microbial identification and testing of commercially prepared culture media.
• Maintain and analyze microbiology productivity databases; prepare monthly metrics and trend reports.
• Investigate microbiological deviations and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Review and verify microbiological data to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years of microbiology lab experience, including environmental monitoring in a GMP-regulated
• 6+ years of experience leading technical or laboratory teams.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing, EM protocols, and lab compliance standards.
• Proven ability to coach staff, manage lab operations, and drive team performance.
