📋 Description

• Hire, develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing product design team, establishing clear
• Lead significant design initiatives from vision and strategy through execution, ensuring solutions
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development by bringing strong design perspectives, user
• Establish lean design standards, processes, and practices that enable teams to move quickly without
• Remain hands-on across research, interface design, prototyping, user journeys, personas, UX
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate design effectiveness, identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience within a SaaS, enterprise software, or similarly complex
• Demonstrated experience managing a product design team of approximately 3–10 designers or leading
• Strong hands-on capabilities across user research, interaction and interface design, prototyping
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects from strategic vision through detailed execution and
• Experience producing high-quality design outcomes at scale and evaluating impact through both
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, or comparable
