Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the future of AI video. Develop a point of view on creation/editing of video as models
• Translate frontier capabilities into products. Collaborate with research/engineering to turn models
• Build creative systems, not isolated features. Create end-to-end workflows across generation
• Develop exceptional product and model taste. Evaluate quality, latency, cost, and usefulness.
• Stay close to users and the market. Engage creators, marketers, and businesses to identify
• Own products end to end. Move from problem to prototype, launch, and iteration with clear tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience, or 8+ years in related roles with strong product judgement.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers and elevating team capabilities.
• Deep fluency in generative media and multimodal products.
• Hands-on experience with AI, prototyped or shipped using modern models/tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and exec stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with ability to define priorities and structure.
