Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own your pod end-to-end as product manager: discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business
• Run real customer discovery and research with customers, agency teams, and the market
• Lead discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and
• Manage and grow two experienced Product Managers through 1:1s, goals, coaching, and craft feedback
• Spot and resolve overlaps and opportunities across pods in strategies and roadmaps
• Align pod teams, leadership, agency partners, and customers around the group's strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a pod or domain with
• 2+ years of AI product experience
• 2+ years of formal people-management experience managing experienced product managers
• Excellent, and happy, doing hands-on PM work as the biggest part of the job
• Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow
• Customer discovery and research fluency
