Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across the UK, Australia and NZ.
• Shape and communicate a focused Membr product vision with clear outcomes.
• Partner with VP of Product & Engineering to map roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive discovery, prioritisation, roadmap definition, and delivery outcomes.
• Partner with enterprise customers and stakeholders to validate opportunities.
• Lead AI Transformation within the product function to modernise processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or related leadership in tech/SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead Product Managers and own complex strategy.
• Delivers roadmaps with engineering, design, success, and sales.
• Strong product discovery, delivery, prioritisation, and outcomes focus.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve product workflows.
• Solid SDLC and agile delivery understanding.
• B2B SaaS experience; fitness/wellness/payments franchise models preferred.
