Group Product Manager, AI & Clinical Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own and execute AI and clinical intelligence roadmap aligning with clinical goals and regulatory
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to translate clinical needs into tech requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support evidence-based practices and patient safety.
• Establish responsible AI frameworks, including governance, oversight, escalation, and safety
• Build analytics to assess model performance, clinical impact, and trust.
• Lead product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, prototyping, validation, launch, improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with AI/ML in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge: model evaluation, RAG, guardrails, responsible AI.
• Experience building products for clinical workflows, healthcare ops, or patient-facing experiences.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical decision support, patient privacy.
• Ability to define AI governance in safety-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate across technical/clinical/executive
