Group Product Manager - AI

📋 Description

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, metrics for AI portfolio.
• Manage PMs across AI product areas (Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, etc.).
• Build clear ownership across platform AI and cross-team surfaces.
• Partner with engineering to trade off model quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Own AI activation/adoption across agencies and sub-accounts.
• Define product strategy for AI Employee Growth and Platform charters.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, with 3+ years managing PMs.
• Strong AI, automation, CRM, workflows, or B2B SaaS product experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-PM product portfolios with competing priorities.
• Deep knowledge of AI product development: LLMs, voice agents, prompts, latency, cost.
• Technical fluency; able to partner with engineering while focusing on outcomes.
• Experience building products for SMBs, agencies, sales, support, or marketing teams.
