📋 Description

• Own the AI/clinical intelligence product roadmap.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to scope and ship models.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure gold-standard care.
• Define responsible AI practices and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
• Design analytics to measure model performance and impact.
• Lead full lifecycle from problem framing to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in AI/ML within regulated domains.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML (model evaluation, RAG, guardrails).
• Experience building products for clinical workflows and healthcare.
• Healthcare regulatory expertise (HIPAA, CDS standards).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate requirements.
• Data-driven approach to measuring performance, clinical impact, and safety.
