Group Product Manager, AI Platform

📋 Description

• Partner with the Principal Product Manager who owns the AI Platform roadmap to keep the roadmap
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI capabilities, agent patterns, and model limitations relevant to audit
• Continually assess and refine the AI product suite, identifying new opportunities for automation
• Coach the Principal Product Manager toward greater ownership of roadmap strategy over time
• Foster a culture of process improvement and employee engagement across AI product, engineering, and
• Mentor team members and ensure inclusion of relevant stakeholders in decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leading or mentoring other product managers
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping dependencies
• Comfortable operating as an orchestrator rather than a sole roadmap owner
• Experience with AI or ML-driven products strongly preferred, with technical fluency to engage
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence in prioritization and sequencing calls under ambiguity
