• Lead the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area end-to-end.
• Own AML/financial crime tooling: TMS, KYC, EDD, sanctions.
• Define automation-first, AI-assisted investigation workflows.
• Improve investigation quality, cycle time, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Eng, DS/ML, Compliance, and Ops.
• Mentor a globally distributed product team.

• 10+ years in Product Management at global scale.
• 5+ years launching fintech or complex products.
• 5+ years leading PM teams.
• Demonstrated AI fluency to accelerate product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
