Own product strategy and roadmap for Volta's control plane (Kubernetes-native)
Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on control plane
Translate customer and operational needs with platform engineering into features
Prioritize the roadmap by impact, reliability, and scale
Partner with bring-up and operations teams to address pain points
Define success metrics and track outcomes post-launch

🎯 Requirements

Significant product mgmt experience in infrastructure or developer tools
Experience leading other product managers or a product team
Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
Strong technical fluency; comfortable partnering with engineering
Track record shipping scalable infrastructure products
Excellent prioritization and stakeholder communication
