Group Product Manager (Core)

📋 Description

• Lead Wrike Core: 5 product teams and 5 PMs; set vision and strategy.
• Balance power, usability, and AI-readiness across Core Wrike.
• Manage PMs with clear ownership and strong decision-making.
• Develop PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.
• Enable AI-native R&D: scale output 10x.
• Align with product leadership and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Product leadership experience: leading PMs or multi-team areas.
• Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset across discovery, validation, and delivery.
• Enterprise SaaS / B2B SaaS experience; scalability and change management.
• Strategic prioritization and ability to trade off investments and requirements.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and exec leadership.
• People management: coaching, mentoring, hiring, and performance management of PMs.
• Excellent UX judgment; balance power and simplicity in complex products.
