🎯 Requirements

Product leadership experience leading PMs or multi-team areas.
Strong PM craft with a customer-centric mindset.
Enterprise SaaS/B2B experience, including scalability and adoption.
Strategic prioritization and ability to make hard trade-offs.
Cross-functional leadership with Product, Eng, Design, GTM, and execs.
People management skills coaching and developing PMs.
