• Product leadership experience leading PMs or multi-team areas.
• Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset.
• Enterprise SaaS/B2B experience with scalability and adoption.
• Strategic prioritization across investments, tech, and users.
• Cross-functional leadership with Eng, Design, GTM, and exec.
• People management: coaching, hiring, and performance.
