Group Product Manager (Core)

📋 Description

• Lead Wrike Core unit; set vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Manage five PMs across five teams; ensure clear ownership and outcomes.
• Prioritize across customer requests, enterprise needs, and technical investments.
• Drive AI-native R&D; scale outputs with AI-native workflows.
• Develop and coach PMs to grow into strategic product leaders.
• Shape the Core product to be powerful, scalable, and easy to use.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product leadership across multiple teams with PMs.
• Strong core PM craft; customer-centric mindset and delivery discipline.
• Enterprise SaaS/B2B experience; scalability and adoption mastery.
• Strategic prioritization; hard trade-offs across investments and complexity.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and execs.
• People management; coaching, hiring, and performance.
