Group Product Manager, Core TPA Claims

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a small team of product managers.
• Define end-to-end vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics.
• Own the strategy for our claims processing engine.
• Foster cross-functional buy-in across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, ops.
• Establish product best practices with clear metrics.
• Drive delivery of high-quality, compliant, scalable healthcare products.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of product management in healthcare tech.
• People management experience mentoring senior PMs.
• Deep domain expertise in Healthcare Claims End-to-End processing.
• Strong Healthcare EDI experience with X12 837 and Remittance 835.
• Excellent communication; able to represent Collective Health externally.
• Analytic rigor with complex data and success metrics.
• Navigate HIPAA, ERISA in regulated environments while innovating.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field, or equivalent.
