📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of product managers, strengthening their customer discovery
• Establish clear product responsibilities, goals, and decision-making expectations, giving PMs the
• Build effective practices for planning, roadmap reviews, customer feedback, and performance
• Recruit and develop talent as the team grows, while maintaining a high bar for product thinking and
• Own a cohesive product portfolio strategy aligned with the broader business direction set by the
• Guide PMs in developing product visions and roadmaps that strengthen both their individual products

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, typically 7+ years, including ownership of commercial
• Experience directly managing and developing product managers, with evidence of improving both team
• A track record of taking products from customer discovery through launch and scaling, with
• Strong portfolio judgment: you can prioritize across products, allocate investment, and make
• Commercial fluency, including experience contributing to pricing, packaging, revenue growth
• Hands-on analytical ability, including proficiency in SQL and comfort using Python to investigate
