📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional efforts to safely monitor Waymo’s fleet and passengers at scale.
• Develop the product roadmap to anticipate customer and business needs and respond to high-priority
• Partner with operations, systems engineering, safety, and data science to build safe experiences.
• Align the product roadmap with long-term commercial goals and scale the program while maintaining
• Manage and grow a PM team overseeing Remote Assistance, Rider Support, Waymo Roadside Assistance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of transforming product vision into actionable plans with cross-org alignment.
• Strong customer empathy, including for internal operations customers.
• Experience as a budget owner focused on unit economics through cost drivers.
• Influential leadership across internal and external stakeholders (operations, safety, executives
