Group Product Manager, Member Coverage & Support Platform

📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Member Coverage & Support platforms.
• Lead product strategy for member coverage, billing, payments, and workflows.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Ops, Data, Design to modernize tools and scale.
• Improve tools/workflows for fast, accurate member issue resolution.
• Drive improvements in operational and member outcomes (FCR, escalations).
• Develop strategies for AI-assisted support and human-agent workflows.
• Translate complex concepts into clear priorities for non-technical stakeholders.
• Make roadmap and resource tradeoffs across a broad product surface.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve end-to-end member journey.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Lead technical platform products, internal tools, APIs, or integrations.
• Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Strong communication; translate technical complexity into business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills using data to guide priorities and measure success.
