Group Product Manager, New Programs

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Scale for new care programs: Build a member experience that extends gracefully to new conditions
• Define and execute how AI and personalization make the member experience more adaptive, relevant
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Design, and Data Science to understand member needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years in Product Management building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms
• 4+ years managing a team of Product Managers/Senior Product Managers
• Experience managing foundational platforms at scale, not just owning features
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time)
• Technical fluency, specifically ability to engage deeply on data models, experimentation
