📋 Description

• Own the global onboarding experience, front-end and API design.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine via experiments and data.
• Balance UX with risk, fraud, and regulatory constraints.

• Build and develop a globally distributed PM team (Chicago & Amsterdam).

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management, 2+ years leading PMs.
• Onboarding/activation or growth focus with front-end UX.
• Regulated financial services experience preferred.
• Analytical, data-driven; define metrics and run experiments.
• High agency and growth mindset; autonomy in fast-moving env.
• Exceptional collaborator across cross-functional teams.
• AI-native: hands-on with AI tools to build products.
