• Hire, coach, and develop product managers
• Set the vision for onchain compliance and prioritize across PMs
• Define success and failure with real metrics
• Own critical initiatives, prototype, build AI agents, and ship
• Build ongoing customer relationships and join strategic deals
• Report on performance using real metrics and call out risks early

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range $230,000 - $245,000
