Group Product Manager - Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmaps for workload orchestration and scheduling across the GPU fleet
• Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on orchestration capabilities
• Partner with platform engineering to define scheduling, bin-packing, and allocation features
• Prioritize the roadmap to balance utilization, performance, and customer experience
• Define and track metrics for orchestration efficiency and fleet utilization
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workload orchestration needs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience in infrastructure or distributed systems is essential
• Experience managing other product managers or leading a product team
• Strong understanding of scheduling, resource orchestration, or distributed systems concepts
• Comfortable partnering closely with engineering on technically complex problems
• A track record shipping infrastructure or platform products at scale
• Excellent prioritization and stakeholder communication skills
