Group Product Manager, Platform (Manager)

📋 Description

• Lead Lambda's Platform product group as a player-coach.
• Hire, manage three PMs for Security, Observability, Billing.
• Own platform roadmap, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with Platform Engineering on sequencing and delivery.
• Deliver horizontal capabilities used by GPU instances and API.
• Define success metrics and iterate with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, incl. platform/infrastructure.
• 3+ years hiring/managing PMs or as a first-line manager.
• Turn data and customer signals into clear build decisions.
• Win engineers, execs, and customers over to your ideas.
• Launch products and measure outcomes; iterate accordingly.
• Operate as a player-coach, owning strategy while building the team.
