Group Product Manager, Product Foundations

📋 Description

• Lead and advocate for squads that own systems connecting our product to customers: communications
• Coach direct reports and cross-functional teams; partner with adjacent domains to define contracts
• Ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and customer-driven scope; manage cross-team initiatives
• Drive platform health and business objectives through high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue to craft best-in-class user experiences.
• Regularly contribute beyond core scope to support product strategy and drive impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years leading product development and 7 years as a product manager in a tech business.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Background in technical products or computer science; experience with platform development a plus.
• Experience building new products (0 to 1) and shipping improvements at scale.
• Strong product quality focus, user experience, and ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Excellent persuasion and communication, with customer empathy and governance skills.
