Group Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a global group of Program Managers overseeing CXone programs.
• Own day-to-day management and on-time delivery of projects.
• Ensure programs follow standard methodology and governance.
• Manage R&D tools and drive improvements to R&D processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to unblock issues.
• Build governance and reporting across the program portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years leading complex cross-functional software programs.
• 4+ years directly managing program managers in global orgs.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-product initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or automation tools for PM/portfolio mgmt.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering/Info Systems/CS; MBA a plus.
• Strong people management and executive-level communication.
