Group Program Manager - Technical Programs

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GPU cluster activations and data center programs.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up across hardware, networking, power, and cooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, and partners.
• Anticipate sequencing impacts on capacity, schedule, and cluster performance.
• Lead vendor/contractor management across the full deployment lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering to improve reliability, turn-up, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering complex data center or GPU/AI deployments.
• Bridge construction handover and cluster deployment.
• Hands-on GPU deployment experience; NVIDIA infra preferred.
• Read and operationalize technical customer/vendor specs.
• Deep AI/GPU infra knowledge: power density, cooling, networking.
• Lead through influence; manage vendor/contractor relationships and risks.
