Group Reporting Accountant

📋 Description

• Own month-end close, including preparing and completing balance sheet reconciliations and posting
• Manage the Group consolidation process, ensuring it’s accurate, timely, and aligned with reporting
• Lead preparation of monthly and annual statutory financial statements, and pull together underlying
• Prepare monthly variance analysis to support management’s review of business performance.
• Lead external audits as central point of contact — coordinating testing, responding to auditor
• Manage direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including compliance documentation, working

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or a related field.
• CA/CPA qualified required.
• 4+ years experience in an accounting or finance role, with exposure to financial reporting and
• Exposure to multi-currency consolidations, transfer pricing and tax experience viewed favourably.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), International Financial Reporting
• Big 4 experience, or exposure to an ASX-listed or SaaS/subscription business, viewed favourably.
