Group Security & Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead customer security reviews, RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate, timely
• Build and maintain a customer-facing trust portal with security docs and AI compliance resources.
• Own SOC 2 Type II program management: audit prep, evidence collection, auditor relationships
• Develop and improve security policies, procedures, and documentation (DPA, sub-processor lists
• Establish and manage AI compliance initiatives: AI security questionnaires, vendor assessments
• Monitor AI governance standards (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) and emerging regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in security governance, risk, compliance, customer trust, or SaaS security programs.
• Strong experience managing customer-facing security processes and enterprise reviews.
• Primary contact for SOC 2 audits; Type II experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English for engaging customers, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts; translate findings into business insights.
• Experience developing security policies, compliance docs, and governance frameworks.
