📋 Description

• Define and implement refinancing strategy mainly around trade receivable securitization, commercial
• Ensure sustainable and cost-efficient refinancing structure dedicated to the factoring activity
• Set-up new sources, follow-up and renewal /restructuring of the different sources of funding (RFP
• Manage & secure long-term relationships with the Group’s banking partners
• Refinancing need follow-up including budget analysis, KPI, liquidity need and refinancing cost
• Participate at an early stage to the budget process with factoring entities and Control department

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years professional experience in a finance position either in an international
• Knowledge or prior experience in securitization and/or factoring
• Master’s Degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business related degree
• Fluency in English and French is a necessary ability to negotiate complex legal documentations in
• Good knowledge & understanding of Basel regulation CRR / CRD IV
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
