Group Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GPU cluster activations and data center infrastructure from planning to handoff.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up across hardware, networking, power, and cooling; manage dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, infrastructure, network, ICT, commissioning, and operations.
• Anticipate sequencing impacts on capacity, schedule, and performance; resolve blockers early.
• Manage vendors, integration contractors, and third-party providers across deployment lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering to improve turn-up reliability, repeatability, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering complex data center or GPU/AI deployments.
• Experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment; not network-only.
• Hands-on GPU deployment experience (activation; NVIDIA infra preferred).
• Full-stack secure AI deployment across compute, networking, storage, and security.
• Ability to read and operationalize technical customer/vendor specifications.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage vendor/contractor relationships; executive communication.
