📋 Description

• Conduct complex investigations on escalated alerts: full transaction history review, source of
• Prepare high-quality SAR/STR narratives and supporting evidence packs to a standard suitable for
• Make independent disposition decisions on the most complex alerts, documenting rationale to an
• Perform background checks and contextual research on counterparties and entities linked to alerts
• Maintain clear audit trails ensuring all investigative steps, conclusions, and rationale are
• Liaise with entity MLROs on SAR filings, responding to queries and providing supplementary evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum four years in financial crime investigation, transaction monitoring, or AML/CTF compliance
• Experience working in or with CFD brokers, forex brokers, investment firms, or fintech platforms
• Demonstrated exposure to end-to-end TM investigation, alert disposition, and SAR/STR preparation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to interpret complex transactional
• Excellent drafting and case-writing skills — SAR narratives must be clear, factual
