• Operate Argus Environmental Control System for irrigation, climate, and alarms.
• Monitor seedling growth via morphology measurements and tissue analyses.
• Insect and disease inspections with control methods.
• Maintain neat records using computerized record keeping.
• Train seasonal irrigation staff and promote safe work practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in nursery or propagation environments.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and crop monitoring.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to climb, stand and stoop.
