📋 Description

• Implement water, fertilization and greenhouse programs per Crop Prescriptions.
• Operate Argus environmental control for irrigation, climate and alarms.
• Monitor seedling growth via morphological measurements and tissue analyses.
• Inspect for insects and diseases and apply controls.
• Train and supervise seasonal irrigation staff and nursery workers.
• Follow IPM program for pesticide application and maintain records.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently.
• Pesticide Applicator Certificate (preferred).
• Degree in horticulture-related field or forest seedling nursery experience (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred).
