📋 Description

• Grower role in nursery operations at PRT Cottage Grove, OR.
• Support production of quality forest seedlings using nursery practices.
• Assist, coordinate, and train seasonal nursery workers.
• 40-hour work weeks with seasonal shift times; weekend work may be required.
• Exposure to pesticides, fertilizers, loud noises, and temperature extremes.
• Work in office, production warehouse, shop, and outdoor environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control.
• Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to climb, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pesticide Applicator Certificate (Preferred).
• Degree in horticulture or forest seedling nursery work experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Preferred).
• Greenhouse monitoring software, preferably Argus (Preferred).
