📋 Description

• Source and recruit experts using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator.
• Scale sourcing channels to expand reach and attract diverse talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with experts.
• Oversee multiple recruiting pipelines to deliver qualified experts.
• Partner with Project Managers, Product, and Engineering to improve workflows.
• Drive Mercor’s growth through recruiting and sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or recruiting.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator and sourcing tools.
• Comfortable driving high conversion rates and managing funnels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments (startups, consulting, finance, or similar).
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to meet targets.
