Growth Content Manager (Sports & Prediction Markets)

📋 Description

• Own the sports content calendar across web, SEO/AEO, affiliate, social
• Develop full-funnel content plans for NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and college sports
• Identify topical opportunities around fixtures, events, and betting markets
• Collaborate with SEO/AEO, Paid, Affiliate, Social and Product teams to align content with priorities
• Ensure content supports organic visibility, audience engagement, and conversions
• Brief internal and external writers and editors; monitor performance to inform planning

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sports content, iGaming, or a similar digital content role
• Excellent knowledge of US sports, especially NFL and NBA, plus others
• Experience managing content calendars across multiple channels
• Knowledge of prediction markets, betting markets, odds, props
• Strong editorial judgment balancing speed, accuracy, value and relevance
• Analytical mindset; translate data into content priorities
