Growth, Credit & Lending Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding to growth for credit/lending products
• Apply credit and capital markets fluency to assess risk, reserves, underwriting
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering to navigate regulatory/tech complexity
• Build playbooks, processes, and best practices for growth team's credit lending support
• Represent customer voice to inform product roadmap for credit infrastructure
• Perform day-to-day activities aligned with safe banking and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in credit, capital markets, or lending-adjacent roles
• Deep knowledge of credit and lending products, including risk, underwriting, and capital structures
• Growth mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes with little guidance
• Excellent project management; organized and able to coordinate with internal teams
• Ability to persuade and turn critics into champions; responsive and solutions-oriented
• Curiosity to ask questions, learn industry, and understand customer needs
