• Maintain diverse concepts/formats to avoid one-winner fatigue
• Design the full conversion path from ad to landing page
• Ship in market quickly; iterate from data-driven insights
• Build AI-powered production workflows to boost volume
• Collaborate with growth marketing to morph ideas into live variants

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth, performance, or digital design with paid channel ownership
• Experience scaling AI-driven production processes
• Action-oriented: rapid concept deployment and learning
• Expert in paid Meta and direct response fundamentals
• Experience across static and motion; fluent in Figma and AI tooling
• Bonus: After Effects or Jitter; strong typography/color/layout sense
