Growth Development Representative

📋 Description

• Own account engagement strategy across an assigned book within the region
• Prioritize accounts using cohort signals, intent data, and field intelligence; design and sequence
• Identify and engage the three-plus stakeholders typically involved in a primary care practice's
• Lead substantive discovery conversations to assess fit, intent, and timing; evaluate opportunity
• Partner with central Marketing and the regional Field Marketer on the design and execution of
• Contribute structured field intelligence that shapes messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-2+ years of business development, sales development, or inside sales experience at a structured
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, and qualification of
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead substantive business conversations with
• Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement tools
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in account prioritization, outreach strategy
