Growth Engagement Specialist (12-month contract)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day multi-channel campaigns (in-app, email, push) and report results.
• Use AI tools to speed up QA, content, briefs, and reporting; build AI workflows.
• Work with Growth Engagement product team to improve tooling and client journeys.
• Ideate and experiment on growth strategies, personalization, and content variation.
• Analyze campaign performance; report impact and learnings; use AI for analysis.
• Execute and analyze A/B tests to improve performance and conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze/Iterable).
• 1+ year email coding; HTML/CSS; SQL a plus.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools in marketing; comfortable with prompts and AI QA.
• Strong audience segmentation across channels.
• Marketing tech best practices: responsive design, deliverability, segmentation.
• Campaign analysis, reporting; A/B testing; experimental design a plus.
