Growth Engagement Specialist

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (esp. in-app content, email and
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Braze's AI features, or similar) to improve QA, content generation
• Ideate & experiment on growth engagement strategies/tactics, including personalization and
• Split your time roughly 50/50 between partnerships and referral growth
• Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred)
• 1+ year experience coding for email, or equivalent HTML/CSS skill required; SQL experience a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) in day-to-day marketing execution
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels, campaigns, and more
• Understanding of marketing technology best practices, including responsive design
• Campaign performance analysis & reporting, A/B testing experience required
