Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for demand generation, outbound
• Integrate AI systems with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing/sales platforms to automate
• Build and optimize intelligent agents for account research, prospect identification, personalized
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to scale outbound and pipeline generation with automated
• Create systems to automate campaign launch, monitoring, testing, and optimization
• Build workflows to connect product updates, customer insights, and CRM data for marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, or automation
• Experience building/deploying AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based applications
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development
• Experience with automation tools and AI development platforms
