Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Migrate marketing site and funnels from Webflow to Next.js/Vercel + Payload CMS.
• Architect dynamic landing templates for VIP accounts with tailored assets and metrics.
• Implement in-platform tracking to diagnose data gaps and improve visibility.
• Pipe event data from PostHog into Salesforce, optimizing CRM API payloads.
• Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
• Design, launch, and analyze server-side A/B tests driving enterprise demos.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record shipping from scratch without detailed specs.
• Deep mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Node.js.
• Experience with headless CMS (Payload CMS, Strapi, or equivalents).
• Experience hosting on Vercel with Edge Middleware/Functions or CDN routing.
• Knowledge of event tracking with PostHog, Mixpanel, or Segment.
• Experience mapping data into enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) is desirable.
