Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify, scope, and implement AI/automation use cases to boost demand gen.
• Build AI workflows for content creation and scalable audience targeting.
• Design automation workflows (Claude/Clay/n8n) integrating with Marketo, Salesforce, and CMS.
• Build/run experimentation infra: A/B tests, landing pages, conversions.
• Manage cost and efficiency of automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Content, and Performance Marketing to translate needs.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and prototype apps for competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth/marketing engineering at a B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on AI experience with Claude Code, Cursor.
• Experience with LLM APIs to generate content and automate workflows.
• Familiar with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce and tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Builder mentality; ships 0→1 in ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills for experiments and attribution.
• Cross-functional collaboration with data science, ops, and sales.
