🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth/marketing engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily.
  • Experience with LLM APIs or AI tools to generate content or automate workflows.
  • Familiar with Marketo/HubSpot/Salesforce and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Builder mindset; thrives in ambiguity; ships 0→1.
  • Strong analytics; design experiments and attribution; cross-functional.
