Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Migrate marketing site from Webflow to Next.js/Vercel + Payload CMS.
• Architect dynamic landing pages for VIP accounts using tailored assets.
• Implement in-platform tracking for sales visibility.
• Pipe event data from PostHog into Salesforce CRM; optimize payloads.
• Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
• Design, launch, analyze server-side A/B tests for conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of building things from scratch.
• React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js expertise.
• Experience with headless CMSs (Payload CMS, Strapi, etc.).
• Experience hosting on Vercel with Edge Middleware/Functions.
• Advanced knowledge of event tracking with PostHog, Mixpanel, or Segment.
• Experience integrating with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce).
