  • Own the developer growth funnel: awareness to active contributor
  • Build and manage email campaigns, activation sequences, and re-engagement flows
  • Run experiments — A/B test onboarding flows, landing pages, emails
  • Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and report weekly on what's moving
  • Manage the waitlist and segment users by persona
  • Collaborate with DevRel and Community to amplify content

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in growth, developer marketing, or demand gen
  • Highly technical and agent-native; 1-2 years in software engineering
  • Data-driven; built funnels and run experiments
  • Proficient with growth tooling: Mailchimp, Mixpanel, PostHog, CMS, SQL
  • Strong writer for emails, landing pages, and one-pagers
  • Bonus: robotics/open-source communities; Mandarin fluency
